💡 About Linked Candidates & Duplicates
• Linked candidates are added to your pipeline without formally applying
• They start in the "Linked" stage and can be moved through your pipeline
• Great for referrals, networking contacts, or candidates you're actively recruiting

Duplicate Detection:
The system checks for existing candidates with the same name, email, or phone
• When duplicates are found, you can skip, merge data, or add as a separate record
• For bulk add: copy data from Excel/Sheets and paste - First Name, Full Name and Email are required
• All candidates are automatically linked to the first available job opportunity
